Platform Rules for Bangladesh Players

1 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and wj2pp ("wj2pp", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at wj2pp.io and its associated subdomains and mobile interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, accessing any feature of the Platform, depositing funds, or placing a bet or wager of any kind, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional rules, policies, and guidelines published on the Platform from time to time. These supplementary documents are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Minimum Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or use the Platform in any capacity. wj2pp strictly prohibits access by persons under 21. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. wj2pp reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, and to suspend or permanently close any account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one active account on the Platform. The registration of duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, the same IP address, or through any other means of circumvention — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. wj2pp reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any associated bets, and forfeit any balances found therein.

2.3 Accurate Information

You are required to provide complete, accurate, and current information during registration and to keep your account details up to date at all times. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, withdrawal refusal, and forfeiture of funds.

2.4 KYC Verification

wj2pp operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process in accordance with its anti-money laundering obligations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at any point: a valid government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and proof of ownership of the payment method used (e.g., screenshot of registered bKash or Nagad account). Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until verification is complete.

2.5 Geographic Restrictions

The Platform is operated for and directed at players located in Bangladesh. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law do so entirely at their own risk and legal responsibility. wj2pp makes no representation that the Platform is lawful in any jurisdiction outside its intended market.

3 Account Security & Responsibility

3.1 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your wj2pp account. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party under any circumstances. wj2pp will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

3.2 Unauthorised Access

You must notify wj2pp immediately if you become aware of, or reasonably suspect, any unauthorised access to your account or any breach of your account security. wj2pp accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access that result from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.

3.3 Account Non-Transferability

Your wj2pp account is personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any other person. You may not allow any other individual to use your account to place bets, make deposits or withdrawals, or interact with the Platform in any way. All transactions on the Platform must be made by the registered account holder only.

3.4 Inactive Accounts

An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as inactive. wj2pp reserves the right to levy a monthly dormancy fee on inactive accounts, deducted from the account balance, after providing reasonable notice to the registered email address. Where an inactive account balance reaches zero, the account may be closed.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

wj2pp currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay (UCB), Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay are credited to your wj2pp account balance within 90 seconds of confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Deposits made via Visa or Mastercard may take up to 15 minutes to process due to card network verification requirements. wj2pp does not charge fees on deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests from KYC-verified accounts are processed within 5–15 minutes for mobile money methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and within 1–3 business days for card-based withdrawals. Withdrawals are paid only to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit and only to an account registered in the name of the wj2pp account holder. wj2pp reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

wj2pp maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward money laundering and the financing of any unlawful activity. All transactions on the Platform are subject to monitoring. Where wj2pp reasonably suspects that a transaction may be connected to money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity, it reserves the right to immediately freeze the relevant account, withhold funds pending investigation, and report the matter to relevant authorities as required by applicable law.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

wj2pp offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements, time limits, minimum odds restrictions, and game contribution rates that are published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is made. These specific terms form part of, and are governed by, these Terms & Conditions.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise on the specific promotion page, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements apply to the combined value of the deposit and the bonus amount unless a deposit-free bonus is explicitly offered. Real-money funds are always used before bonus funds when placing bets.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

The use of more than one account to claim the same promotion, the systematic exploitation of bonus terms through low-risk hedging strategies, the abuse of refer-a-friend programmes, and any other conduct designed to circumvent the intended purpose of a promotion constitute bonus abuse. wj2pp reserves the right to void bonus balances, reverse associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse.

5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Offers

wj2pp reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. The modification or cancellation of a promotion will not affect bonuses that have already been credited to a player's account, provided the relevant wagering requirements have not yet been met at the time of modification.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Acceptance of Bets

wj2pp reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its absolute discretion, including but not limited to bets placed at erroneous odds, bets that exceed the Platform's applicable maximum stake limits, or bets placed in circumstances that suggest an attempt to exploit a technical error. All bets are subject to the maximum and minimum stake limits published on the relevant game or market page.

6.2 Erroneous Odds and Prices

Where a bet is placed at odds or a price that has been published in error due to a technical fault, human error, or data feed failure, wj2pp reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's account balance. wj2pp will make all reasonable efforts to identify and correct pricing errors promptly.

6.3 Casino Game Rules

Each casino game available on the Platform is governed by its own set of game rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the applicable game rules before placing real-money wagers. The published return-to-player ("RTP") percentages for all slots and table games reflect the long-term theoretical average across a statistically significant number of game rounds and do not guarantee specific results for any individual session.

6.4 Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets, including pre-match and live in-play markets covering BPL cricket, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers internationals, and other supported sports, are subject to the wj2pp Sportsbook Rules published on the sportsbook section of the Platform. In the event of a match abandonment, cancellation, or significant change in circumstances, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sports betting rules for that specific event type.

6.5 Technical Malfunction

In the event of a technical malfunction, network disruption, or power failure during an active game session, wj2pp will attempt to restore the session to its last confirmed state. Where restoration is not possible, the round in progress at the time of the malfunction will be voided and the applicable stake returned. wj2pp accepts no liability for losses resulting from technical malfunctions beyond the return of the stake for the affected round.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wj2pp Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering or using the Platform while under 21 years of age.
• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration or verification information.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform without written authorisation from wj2pp.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature for financial gain.
• Engaging in collusion with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in match-fixing or using insider information in connection with any sports betting activity on the Platform.
• Using the Platform to launder money or to facilitate any other criminal activity.
• Attempting to circumvent any technical security measure, restriction, or access control deployed by wj2pp.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing wj2pp staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.
• Engaging in systematic low-risk hedging or arbitrage strategies designed to exploit promotional terms.
• Making chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith following the settlement of legitimate bets.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the wj2pp Platform — including but not limited to the brand name wj2pp, the logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, data feeds, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of wj2pp or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of wj2pp.

Game titles, studio names, and trademarks such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe remain the intellectual property of their respective owners. Their inclusion on the Platform does not constitute any claim of ownership by wj2pp.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

10 Limitation of Liability

• Losses incurred as a result of betting or gaming activity on the Platform.
• Loss of data, revenue, profit, or goodwill.
• Service interruptions, technical malfunctions, or connectivity failures beyond wj2pp's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials.
• Reliance on any information, odds, or content published on the Platform.

wj2pp does not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. wj2pp makes no warranty — express or implied — that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

11 Responsible Gaming

wj2pp is committed to promoting safe, sustainable, and responsible gambling practices. The Platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their gambling activity, including:

• Deposit limits — daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit.
• Session time reminders — configurable alerts that notify you when a specified period of play has elapsed.
• Cooling-off periods — temporary self-imposed breaks from the Platform of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-exclusion — a permanent or long-term exclusion from the Platform, enforced at the account level.

12 Amendments, Termination & Governing Principles

12.2 Account Termination by Player

Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any applicable bonus funds subject to uncompleted wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified withdrawal method within 5–15 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.

12.3 Account Termination by wj2pp

wj2pp reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time and without prior notice if it reasonably determines that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or prohibited conduct, or if the continued operation of your account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other users.

12.4 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

12.5 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms, and Sportsbook Rules published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and wj2pp with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings between the parties.
